Dr. Holger Seidel

Holger Seidel has more than 25 years of experience in the finance and venture capital/private equity sector.

With Adina Capital GmbH (www.adina-capital.de), which he founded, Dr. Seidel has been providing independent and objective consulting services in the field of alternative assets, especially for venture capital, since 2014.

Dr. Seidel has been active in the venture capital "asset" class since 2000. Due to his many years as managing director of several venture capital funds of funds (www.bpe-fi.de) for institutional investors and "family offices" as well as managing director of private equity "managed account" mandates, he has extensive VC know-how as well as a large network in the European and US VC industry.

In the course of his previous activities at an internationally affiliated auditing and tax consulting firm in Germany and abroad as well as in his position as head of the finance department of a real estate company, Dr. Seidel has built up extensive knowledge in the field of finance.
With his promotion on the topic of "Innovative Venture Capital Investments via Funds of Funds" at the University of Potsdam as well as his studies in business administration, he also has a sound scientific background on venture capital.

Mr. Dorsch is "Co-Founder" and Managing Partner of Adina Fund Management GmbH.

He is also the founder and Managing Partner of TANGRAM Group (www.tangram.com), a specialized investment boutique and family office. TANGRAM offers all aspects of wealth management to its clients, including large family trusts, and invests in both private and publicly traded companies.

In 1994, Mr. Dorsch founded the first independent multi-family office in Germany, Portfolio Family Office AG. The multi-family office managed over € 2.5 billion AUM and had offices in Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Zurich and New York. Sale of the family office in 2008.

Prior to founding Portfolio Advisors, Mr. Dorsch gained many years of international experience in asset management on the stock exchanges in Zurich, London, Luxembourg, Boston and New York. He then held senior positions with a major German bank before specializing in the management of large private assets.
