The Company is a capital management company (“KVG”) registered by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (“Bafin”) in accordance with the German Investment Code (“KAGB”). The registration for the activity as an AIF capital management company took place on 17 January 2020.
Adina Fund Management GmbH is the fund manager or external capital management company of the Alternative Investment Funds (“AIF”) Adina Venture Capital I GmbH & Co. KG and Adina Venture Capital III GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter also the “Fund of Funds”).
These venture capital funds of funds are products for professional and semi-professional investors, as defined by the KAGB.
